These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the I am RED website and its assessments. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
I am RED provides psychology-informed, AI-personalized self-discovery assessments about relationship and behavioural patterns. The platform is intended for self-reflection and informational purposes only. It is not a psychological, medical or diagnostic service, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use I am RED. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for the answers you submit and for keeping any access credentials confidential. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to extract content.
4. Assessments and results
Some paid features use third-party AI infrastructure to generate personalized Full Read reports based on the answers and result data provided through the service.
These AI-generated reports are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as professional psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as reflection prompts rather than statements of fact.
5. Payments
Paid assessments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes and currencies are displayed before purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I am RED does not directly store full payment card details.
6. Intellectual property
All content, wording, design and assessment structures on I am RED are owned by I am RED and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am RED is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of your results, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
